IF YOU RELY ON EXTERNAL FACTORS TO DEFINE YOURSELF, FEELINGS OF SUCCESS AND SELF-WORTH CAN COLLAPSE INSTANTANEOUSLY WHEN THESE EXTERNAL FACTORS CHANGE.
Self-Esteem COMES FROM WITHIN and cannot be BASED ON THAT WHICH IS OUTSIDE OF yourSELF. If your sense of self-worth is based on External factors, YOUR LIFE WILL BE IN CONSTANT FLUX, DEPENDENT ON THE UPS AND DOWNS OF THE EXTERNALS YOU RELY ON. EXTERNAL FACTORS COME AND GO. Internal factors, such as knowing your true value regardless of your past history, builds solid self-Esteem.
