Through personal coaching and experiential methods, you will learn to recognize the road blocks that impact your ability to move forward, live a happy and fulfilling life, and find your own path to self-acceptance and strength.

This module is specifically designed to assist clients in their 20's and early 30's make a successful transition toward new goals. Tools to successfully make lifestyle and professional changes are essential, and this module focuses on goal setting, life planning, and success. Finding a new life direction can be challenging, and we will work together to ease this transition, and identify where you want to be and how to get there successfully.


8-week one-on-one module. Also available as an on-site training. Self-confidence and assertiveness are two skills that are crucial for success in life. If you don’t feel worthy, and you don’t know how to express your self-worth when communicating with others, life can be very painful. The Assertiveness And Self-Confidence workshop will define what assertiveness and self-confidence each mean and how to develop and maintain these feelings in your everyday life.


8-week one-on-one module. Also available as an on-site training. An inability to communicate effectively can adversely affect both your personal and work life. In this module, you will learn how to communicate clearly and effectively. This includes not only the ability to think and formulate words more effectively, but to learn effective listening skills.

The Stress Management workshop presents a three-option method for addressing any stressful situation, as well as a toolbox of personal skills, including using routines, and relaxation techniques. you will also assess and address lifestyle elements that you can change to reduce stress.
